As part of the schools improvement project, with particular focus on headmasters and teachers; Tshanduko seeks to turn-around and transform schools which may be under performing, may need to to modernise, may need to become sustainable or perhaps all three.
Key, to create a conducive environment for learning and increasing the degree of contribution from all acts towards the learner,is the effective human and and financial resource management of the school. Whilst every school is different there are a number of generic interventions that will effectively lead to positive change.

Brian was recently contracted as the academic consultant for the design and creation of a multi million dollar project to deliver the World Environment School in Coorg, India. The school would deliver an educational product that is values driven, learner focused, educator rich, environmentally relevant, experiential and real world applicable with a focus on academic excellence, environmental awareness and character development . Furthermore, the World Environment School in Coorg would create leaders dedicated to environmental custodianship, who will become global citizens, empathetic in use of natural resources and are totally committed to the principles of environmental sustainability. This Project is currently on hold due to the Covid pandemic.
